The Physical Healing Process

Every person has a set of personal values and priorities. When you drift away from your values, you generate a set of negative emotions, and so your body will create symptoms that are meant to steer you back to your path, namely to your values.

Each affection or disease has emotional causes. Now, imagine that you have a series of negative thoughts and emotions that become habits for you, and how they form specific paths in your mind. When these neuronal circuits deepen, they create certain symptoms for your body, which end up manifesting as diseases.

In our society, the most typical behavior is that, when something aches, you go to the doctor’s to get a pill meant to ameliorate the pain or discomfort, and three more pills to counteract the side-effects of the first pill which was meant to make you better. But do you, in reality, really heal?

Often, after healing, if you go back to the previous thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, you will cause some of the same symptoms for which you went to the doctor in the first place.

So, if you do not change your emotions and thoughts that are generated by the disease, you’ll repeatedly become afflicted by it until you’ll learn to listen to your body and balance the feelings and emotions that come with it.
